Fri 16 Dec Hipnotik Dance Studio presents CarnEvil 2011 Dance Concert - an original, urban dance production! Nambour Civic Centre 7pm
This is the
story of a haunted, sinister circus from the 1930s called CarnEvil. Although it has been closed for decades the eerie circus still travels around awaiting its next victim to be coerced into their world of immortality.
Come take a ride on this rollercoaster as the eccentric ringmaster takes us on a journey through the human doll collection of the twisted, old Mary Shaw, and become terrified at CarnEvils freak show. Stop by
on the once beautiful 1930’s burlesque performers who through years of mistreatment have turned into haggard, dim workers whose lives are dictated by their evil, manipulative leader the head mistress, and... Don’t
forget the clowns! So come and join the fun... if you dare!?

Fri 16 Dec from 4.30pm to 8.30pm Nambour Carols Nambour Baptist Church Field Coes Creeks Rd, Nambour FREE FAMILY EVENT Free family carols event with fireworks, entertainment, market stalls, free rides & amusements for the kids plus a visit from Santa. The
Nambour Baptist Church, now joined by Nambour combined churches, realised it was time the area hosted its own carols night and took a leap of faith hiring a big stage, big band & great entertainers to give Nambour a free
family night to remember. The night kicks off at 5pm with free kids entertainment and a sausage sizzle. The event has grown into a fun-filled family night not only because of the quality of performers but because the
night brings a beautiful spirit that sometimes gets left behind with modern day carols. Bring a rug or chair & get ready to have a great night out in Nambour! Organiser Margy Manfield said the night wouldn’t be
possible without the generous support of local sponsors: Sunshine Coast Regional Council, McDonalds Nambour, Gregson and Weight, Toyworld Nambour, Lanhams/Melco, Bank of Queensland Nambour, Hot/Zinc FM, Accura Group. Margy
also said the event’s major sponsor, Nambour RSL, would be generously providing an amazing fireworks display to close the event. More info: 5478 8484
